For the past year I’ve been stuck rooming with the same guy in my basement apartment. He’s stolen my food, trashed the place, blamed me, and hardly ever does any house work or chores. On top of this, I’ve asked him not to smoke up in the house (we have a garage he can use, and I’m totally fine with anyone smoking/blazing in there), as I have rather bad asthma that gets irritated by weed, yet he continues to do so.
I’ve spoken to my landlord and he has agreed to boot the guy out and allow me to pick my next room mate so that hopefully he will have a better tenant, and I will be much happier.

- I will totally let you play my PS2 and SNES, and if you’re an xbox lover, I will still accept you as a person. haha I’m just terrible at it and may need lessons on anything except COD.

- we are allowed to repaint anything we want! so long as its not ‘too rainbow’… I asked the first day and the landlord said no to a red and white kitchen theme… but our rooms are bright fucking yellow.
- Some pets are an okay thing! I have a turtle and a small lizard, but any reptile, amphibian or small fish tank is acceptable too! Just no cats, dogs or birds.

I am 21 years old, female, and have been with this wonderful girly for nearly 2 years now. I’m currently taking General Arts and Science at Davis campus, and have completed Veterinary Assistant at St. Lawrence College. I’ve got a pretty decent GPA at the moment, and rely on OSAP, bursaries and awards to pay for my classes. I don’t keep a job while in school, as I like to focus on my grades instead. If you ever need help on an essay, writing, reading and editing are all things I do a whole lot of and would love to help out with.
I need to find someone as quickly as possible, since my landlord would like to know that he has the room filled for the coming September semester.
